Refund Policy
Digital products
Because digital files are made available immediately after payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once the download link has been issued or accessed, except where required by law.
Damaged, missing or incorrect files
If a file is missing, corrupted or materially different from its product description, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will first provide a replacement or corrected file. Where this cannot reasonably resolve the issue, we may provide a refund.
Duplicate purchases
Contact us promptly if you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once. Verified duplicate transactions may be refunded.
Coaching and booked services
Cancellation and rescheduling terms for coaching or advisory services will be shown on the relevant product or booking page. Completed sessions and work already delivered are not refundable unless required by law.
